1. Click HERE for registration of a username and password
2. Purchase the top-up card from the convenience store
3. Follow the top-up card configuration instructions
4. Configure your PPPoE dialer
5. Connect and surf the internet

FAQ

1. I tried to topup by credit, but it says "Topup Pin Error"
   Please check that your casing is correct. All characters are UPPER CASE, and take note of the difference of 0 (zero) and O (oo), 1 (one), I (i) or l (L)
   
   
2. How can I check my credit and top up my credit?
   To check your credit, topup balance, and transaction usage please log in to the system with your username and password
   
   
3. What is the top up denomination?
   Top up vouchers can be purchased at the convenience store in RM 10, RM 20 and RM 50 denominations.
   
   
4. How do I connect to this service?
   You have to configure a PPPoE dialer. All Windows 2000 and XP have the dialer built in to the system. Please download the instructions here.
   
   
5. What if i'm using Windows 95 / 98 / 2000?
   Please download the PPPoE dialer from http://www.cnx.com.my/pppoe.zip
   
   
6. Do i need to purchase any special hardware?
   No. This service works with your existing internet connection. If you are using Windows XP, the PPPoE dialer is already built in.
   
   
7. Can I change my login password?
   Yes. Just login to the the portal and select "My Profile". Update your details and password in that section.
